When we truly begin to UNDERSTAND the MECHANICS of our MIND and why it is very limited in nature and once we can simply acknowledge it as a fractal of our human existence through SELF-OBSERVATION, SELF-UNDERSTANDING and SELF-NURTURING it begins to loosen its grip. It can now TRANSCEND simply because it is understood and embraced. Its function is no longer required and because of that it cannot but hand in its resignation papers and begin its infinite rest as a remnant of an operating system it once controlled.
When our mind is in resistance we are in resistance to our EMOTIONS. You can look at emotion as E-MOTIONS = ENERGY IN MOTION. When we begin to feel uncomfortable or tensioned when e-motions arise and react instead of allow simply means that our mind has stepped in to show us that we have formed a BELIEF around whatever it is we are suppressing. This belief (e.g. emotions are bad) determines how we react to our selves and others and forms the BASIS of the behavioral pattern through which we interact with self and others.
Now might be a good time to start OBSERVING where your UNIQUE mind hooks and how it feels to you when you notice your mind resisting. By the way, resistance is okay, it simply means that your mind has been doing an excellent job protecting you and observing yours a wonderful beginning.
