Just threw some chopped up plantain into my simmering crock pot broth. YUM!!!!
Have been seriously and diligently fueling this empath body of mine and have once again significantly amped up my diet/supplements/mineral intake as I hear that our physical vessels NEED another nutrition tune-up to optimally keep up with the *VELOCITY* of the current ethereal infusions that have just brought us into a deeper and faster in *In-the-NOW FLOW*
Here is what I have been hearing *wink*
* MORE MINERALS
(and not just a little more for me). Was guided to double my mineral intake (including magnesium) and also started making bone broth (highly absorbable and concentrated minerals). The call was loud for me to do that and I decided to (finally) follow my intution and *feeling* about this being somebody who does not consume meat, fish and a lot of animal products. Couldn't deny that I crave broth and I took the cue from my body while being in gratitude for the support from the animal kingdom right now.
My guides explained it to me like this: "Things went wrong on this planet" And I know exactly what they mean by this. The separation of mind and heart and its little friends like greed, destruction and decay. That was not the original plan and our bodies *suffered*. Since we as highly sensitive volunteer souls are restoring an ethereal connection to change this whole game on planet earth once and for all (which we ARE doing ;-)) we are doing this with vessels who - even though now slowly beginning to regenerate and heal YAY! - are deprived of minerals, vitamins, oxygen, etc. because of the Nutrient/Life Force robber called Density (the imagery of the movie LUCY sticks with me and how real the effects of vibrational density have been to our highly sensitive bodies). I hear that animals are happy to and WANT to assist us during our transition while our ability to assimilate the *ethereal* nutrient is increasing (through our authentic inner work and speeding ethereal permeation) We are learning to listen to our intuition above any mental/spiritual concepts we may have.
* MORE FATS
Been guided to significantly increase my fat intake, especially because of higher demands for Vitamin A, E, D, etc. Just like oil is the lubrication for Gaia's tectonic plates so do our vessels need fat for optimal lubrication/joints/bones/teeth. For me it meant increasing my intake of cod liver/butter oil, grassfed butter, Vitamin D, red palm oil and re-adding fish to my diet.
* MORE GLUCOSE
Have been craving more sugar/glucose.
As highly sensitive empaths we need glucose as *quick-kick* body fuel and our bodies seem to want MORE of it when ethereal infusion speed up (the divine empath in you will show you when/if you crave sugar for body fuel demands, because of candida, addiction, etc. or because of a substitute/outside source for your emotional nurturing/to numb your pain)
Personally I heard the call louder than I ever have to ditch wheat (refined and unrefined: and most grains) because it inhibited too much of my mineral absorption. We need the carbohydrates, we need the sugar AND we need the minerals. I was chatting with my guides about what might seem like a catch22 since wheat and refined sugars pull calcium and minerals from our bones and teeth. They began showing me unprocessed sources of carbs like plantains which I started baking as sweet treats and in soups like I remembered they do like to use plantain in Costa Rica when I was there). Whole/unprocessed sugars don't seem to affect our mineral assimilation and I am sticking with unpasturized/raw honey, maple syrup and whole leaf/green/unrefined stevia herb powder. Oh and cells need oxygen to convert sugar into energy. (Breathing, nature walks, rebounding, hydrogen peroxide come to mind).
It's time to trust yourself FIRST. The *UNIQUE* Divine Empath in YOU is showing you how YOU can RIGHT NOW most optimally *support* yourself.
Gonna go and check on that broth!!!
